Any cheap bread and fried eggs breakfast place?

The title says it all. Anny suggestions please.

Konnopke's Imbiss. You won't find Michelin stars, but you will find cheap, greasy goodness.

Boğaziçi's Secret?

fmd_good Boğaziçi

I went to Boğaziçi last week, the restaurant near the Spree. The food was amazing, seriously some of the best Turkish I've had outside of Istanbul. But the whole place felt…off. Like, weirdly quiet… more

Nah, you're not alone. Boğaziçi's always had a vibe. It's not necessarily bad, just…intense. I've been going there for years, and it's always been surprisingly empty considering how good the food is. The whispering guy in a fez? That's new, but the general quietness and slightly unsettling atmosphere? Totally normal for Boğaziçi. Maybe it's the location? Right on the Spree, but somehow tucked away. It feels like it should be buzzing, but it's more…murmuring. I’ve never seen anything truly weird, but it definitely gives off a “secrets kept within these walls” kind of energy. Maybe the cat knows something we don't.

That's… oddly comforting. I thought I was going crazy! The empty-yet-good vibe is exactly what I mean. I also noticed the quietness – it feels almost… held-in. Like everyone's sharing a secret they're not supposed to speak of. A murmuring conspiracy, maybe? And yes! That fez-wearing guy is unnerving. I saw him too, lurking by the back door. The cat… the cat is definitely judging us. I'm starting to think there's a whole subculture operating under the radar at Boğaziçi. We should go back and investigate... but maybe not at night.
