Wannabe home chef needs feedback?

I want to become a home chef and share my recipes on a cloud kitchen platform. Any suggestions how to do it? Thanks I want to become a home chef and share my recipes on a cloud kitchen platform. Any suggestions how to do it? Thanks

a few cloud kitchens in neukölln and kreuzberg let you rent space by the hour, like anmachgastro or the one on weserstraße. start small with a single dish you nail, something that travels well, and test it on friends before putting it online. also check the health department rules early, anmeldung and hygiene training can take weeks if you don't plan ahead

If you want to build a name before committing to a cloud kitchen, start by testing your recipes on platforms like KptnCook or the Berlin food sharing groups on Telegram. People there are honest about what works and what doesn't, and you'll get real feedback without paying for a kitchen yet. Once you have a few dishes that consistently get positive reactions, then look into renting space at something like Markthalle Neun's community kitchen in Kreuzberg, it's cheaper than the Neukölln spots and has better foot traffic for pickup orders.

honestly the hardest part is the pricing, people in berlin are cheap af so you gotta factor in delivery fees and platform cuts before setting your menu. also get a thermal bag for test runs, nothing kills a dish like cold delivery

What is the correct spelling for a street name that appears differently on multiple signs in Charlottenburg?

I noticed that the street name is spelled differently on three separate signs in the Charlottenburg area. Can anyone confirm the correct official spelling and whether this is a known issue? Worth noting that Berlin street names have official umlaut and ß rules that trip people up, so a sign showing "Strasse" versus "Straße" is not actually a spelling error, just an older transcription. Same with "ue" versus "ü" (e.g. "Kantstrasse" vs "Kantstraße"), both are considered valid renderings and you'll see the ß version on the blue Schilder and the ss version on older plaques or in databases that predate Unicode. If the difference you're seeing is between those two forms, there's nothing to fix and both are technically correct.

if the signs u mean are the old enamel ones on the house facades those are often protected as Baudenkmal so nobody's allowed to correct them even if the spelling is outdated. the binding version is whatever is in the Berliner Strassenverzeichnis plus the entry in the Liegenschaftskataster, so if u tell me the street i can point u to the right Bezirksamt Mitte or Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf page. tbh the merged district thing is real but the facade signs are a separate story, theyre basically museum pieces at this point

honestly thats super common in Charlottenburg, the district offices were merged from older Bezirke and nobody ever fixed all the Schilder. if its a real street you can check the official strassenverzeichnis on berlin.de, that list is what the Burgeramt actually goes by. which street is it? some of the Kaiserdamm / Kantstrasse signs are notorious for this.
