Best iced coffee in Berlin?

I know almost every hip coffee shop has some form of iced coffee, but was wondering if anyone has recommendations, especially with the heat these days I know almost every hip coffee shop has some form of iced coffee, but was wondering if anyone has recommendations, especially with the heat these days

Depending on where you are, Father Carpenter in Wedding does a really good iced latte with house-made almond milk. They use a darker roast that holds up well to the ice, and the courtyard out back is a nice spot to sit for a bit. It's on Gerichtstrasse, not far from Leopoldplatz.

if you're in kreuzberg, bonanza coffee on oranienstrasse does a killer iced filter that's flash-chilled not just watered down. they use beans from their own roastery in adlershof, tastes super clean. grab one then walk to markthalle neun for the food market if it's a thursday

honestly for a proper iced coffee that isnt just espresso over ice, check out The Barn in Mitte. they do a cold brew that's super smooth, not acidic at all, and they serve it in those big mason jars. costs like 4,50 euro but worth it on a hot day

if you're near Neukolln, Silo Coffee on Weserstrasse has a great iced latte with oat milk that doesnt separate weirdly. their filter coffee is solid too but the iced version is what i grab when im walking to Tempelhofer Feld

What is the correct spelling for a street name that appears differently on multiple signs in Charlottenburg?

I noticed that the street name is spelled differently on three separate signs in the Charlottenburg area. Can anyone confirm the correct official spelling and whether this is a known issue? Worth noting that Berlin street names have official umlaut and ß rules that trip people up, so a sign showing "Strasse" versus "Straße" is not actually a spelling error, just an older transcription. Same with "ue" versus "ü" (e.g. "Kantstrasse" vs "Kantstraße"), both are considered valid renderings and you'll see the ß version on the blue Schilder and the ss version on older plaques or in databases that predate Unicode. If the difference you're seeing is between those two forms, there's nothing to fix and both are technically correct.

if the signs u mean are the old enamel ones on the house facades those are often protected as Baudenkmal so nobody's allowed to correct them even if the spelling is outdated. the binding version is whatever is in the Berliner Strassenverzeichnis plus the entry in the Liegenschaftskataster, so if u tell me the street i can point u to the right Bezirksamt Mitte or Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf page. tbh the merged district thing is real but the facade signs are a separate story, theyre basically museum pieces at this point

honestly thats super common in Charlottenburg, the district offices were merged from older Bezirke and nobody ever fixed all the Schilder. if its a real street you can check the official strassenverzeichnis on berlin.de, that list is what the Burgeramt actually goes by. which street is it? some of the Kaiserdamm / Kantstrasse signs are notorious for this.
