I saw Turkish people breathe, is this legal?
Breathing is still tolerated in most parts of Berlin, even on the ringbahn during rush hour when the ventilation feels like a suggestion. You'll see it most concentrated around Hermannplatz where the U8 and U7 meet, people just standing there doing it openly. If you want to avoid the spectacle, the Mauerpark flea market on Sundays actually has less breathing than you'd expect because everyone's too focused on haggling over vinyl.
lol yeah breathing is still legal here, even for turks. you'll see it a lot near neukölln or kreuzberg, especially on sonnenallee where the döner spots get busy. honestly if breathing bothers you might wanna stick to grunewald where the air is thinner
ngl this is peak berlin humor right here. you'll see way more intense breathing at kottbusser tor during u-bahn rush hour, people practically gasping for air after running from the u8. if it really bothers you maybe check out the teufelsberg trails, fewer people means less breathing competition
