Legit every single S… I had never had sudanese food before coming to Berlin and most of the sudanese food places here seem to be almost like kebab shops in terms of the menu but with different sauces.
Legit every single Sudanese restaurant here offers halloumi and tofu which I would have associated with completely different parts of the world. I get adding more vegan/vegetarian options because it's Berlin but it's interesting to me that they all choose the exact same options to add. Are these ingredients actually used in Sudan?
