GPU to swap - is it possible somewhere in Berlin?

I have professional GPU I want to swap to GeForce analogue. Where in Berlin I can do it?

Mb you know some stores / places to do it?

honestly just hit up the computer stores near Beusselstrasse in Moabit, there's a couple of repair shops that don't advertise swaps but will do them if you ask nicely and have cash. one guy there swapped my Quadro for a 4070 no questions asked, took like 20 minutes. also worth checking the hardware section at Saturn in Steglitz, they sometimes have open box returns and the staff might do a straight exchange on the spot if you catch the right person. just call first, the older techs are way more chill about it than the managers

If you're looking to swap a professional GPU for a GeForce card, check out Mindfactory's local pickup spot in Berlin. They don't have a retail storefront exactly, but you can order online and pick up at their warehouse in Reinickendorf, and they often have decent trade-in options. Another solid bet is K&M Computer on Frankfurter Allee near Samariterstrasse, they're a smaller shop that does direct swaps if you bring both cards in. Just call ahead to confirm they have the GeForce model you want in stock, since their inventory changes fast.

There's a spot called Notebookservice Berlin near Warschauer Strasse that does GPU swaps, they're pretty straight forward about pricing if you ask. Also worth checking Kleinanzeigen for someone local willing to do a straight trade, a lot of people in Berlin do that kind of swap there.

What is the correct spelling for a street name that appears differently on multiple signs in Charlottenburg?

I noticed that the street name is spelled differently on three separate signs in the Charlottenburg area. Can anyone confirm the correct official spelling and whether this is a known issue? Worth noting that Berlin street names have official umlaut and ß rules that trip people up, so a sign showing "Strasse" versus "Straße" is not actually a spelling error, just an older transcription. Same with "ue" versus "ü" (e.g. "Kantstrasse" vs "Kantstraße"), both are considered valid renderings and you'll see the ß version on the blue Schilder and the ss version on older plaques or in databases that predate Unicode. If the difference you're seeing is between those two forms, there's nothing to fix and both are technically correct.

if the signs u mean are the old enamel ones on the house facades those are often protected as Baudenkmal so nobody's allowed to correct them even if the spelling is outdated. the binding version is whatever is in the Berliner Strassenverzeichnis plus the entry in the Liegenschaftskataster, so if u tell me the street i can point u to the right Bezirksamt Mitte or Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf page. tbh the merged district thing is real but the facade signs are a separate story, theyre basically museum pieces at this point

honestly thats super common in Charlottenburg, the district offices were merged from older Bezirke and nobody ever fixed all the Schilder. if its a real street you can check the official strassenverzeichnis on berlin.de, that list is what the Burgeramt actually goes by. which street is it? some of the Kaiserdamm / Kantstrasse signs are notorious for this.
