Is 45k normal for coffee at a Gejiu cafe in 2026?
45k is a bit high for ca phe sua da around here, but not crazy for a sit-down place aimed at visitors. Most spots I've seen run 25 to 35k, and the cheap stands near Cho Gejiu go lower. MidWay sounds like it's pricing for the tourist crowd. If u want the real rate, walk a block off the main drag and look for a place with plastic stools.

yeah the old town spots near Jinhu Lu pull this exact move, cash only and a "member" room that's just a back table. 200 is steep too, they usually open at 100 and fold fast. walking was the right call.
