the grill house does a solid steak but honestly march is still cold enough that the patio wont be open, and the inside gets loud on weekends. i'd look at the dry aged stuff at the opposite house in sanlitun instead, similar money but quieter room. book friday morning at the latest either way, saturdays fill up fast once the weather turns
yeah the opposite house room is quieter but their dry aged program is smaller, only a couple cuts on most nights. call ahead and ask what's actually aged that week or u might get a plain ribeye at aged prices. friday morning is cutting it close tbh
honestly the butchers counter at jing yaa in guomao beats both for dry aged cuts and they dont take bookings anyway
been there a few times. the dry aged ribeye was around 580 last time i checked, maybe higher now with the way beef prices have gone. honestly for that money i'd rather do the picanha at the brazilian place on xinyuan li or just grab a ribeye from the import butcher at sanlitun and cook it myself. if u do go, book by thursday for a saturday, walk ins get nothing

honestly the phone number field trips up most people. you can use your hotel or serviced apartment number if u have one booked, they mainly need a reachable contact. the tax bureau at Jiuxianqiao usually accepts that for the initial registration.
