r$18 for a chopp in sé is steep, i paid 12 near mercado municipal last time, and a prato feito around there runs 25 to 35

18 is on the high side but that whole square is a captive-audience spot, walk two blocks toward rua da cantareira and chopp drops to 10 or 12
