true, teh trick is catching the post rush window before they reset for the next service. get there around 1:15 and you walk straight in, much calmer than the noon scrum.

I'll be based near Estanplaza Paulista while I sort it out, so I'd rather get the paperwork started before I arrive. What documents do they actually ask for, and what are the common reasons applications get bounced?

digital nomad visa needs proof of remote income around usd 1500/mo minimum & a brazilian bank account helps. most bounce because of apostilled docs older than 90 days, so get the police cert & birth cert freshly apostilled right before u file.
