Estanplaza sits a block off Paulista near Consolação, so MASP and Trianon are an easy walk but I'd still take the metro for Ibirapuera.

arrow_drop_up 2 arrow_drop_down

yeah and the metro at Consolação is right there on the yellow line, so getting to Vila Madalena is like 15 min with no transfers

Agree on walking to the park sights, but for Ibirapuera I'd actually just walk down to Brigadeiro station on the green line, it drops you closer to the entrance than the yellow line does. Takes maybe 10 min to get there on foot.

Breakfast there is fine but honestly the padarias on Rua Augusta a few blocks down do a better pao na chapa for cheaper.

Padaria Basilicata on Augusta, get there before 8.

Anywhere with good coffee and wifi, or should I just head somewhere else in the area?

Depends where celularpluspro1 actually is, but I'd walk to a Padaria perto for pão de queijo and coffee instead of hunting a wifi cafe.

arrow_drop_up 20 arrow_drop_down

Fair point, though a good padaria gets packed at lunch so timing matters more than wifi.

arrow_drop_up 2 arrow_drop_down

most padarias near augusta do a prato do dia at lunch which kills the laptop crowd anyway

arrow_drop_up 4 arrow_drop_down

i stopped by a cafe near there last trip, think it was off rua augusta side street, decent espresso & plugs by the window. wifi was fine for email. get there before 2 or the tables fill with laptops

arrow_drop_up 5 arrow_drop_down

yeah the before 2 tip is solid, also check if they do a cafe com leite combo, cheaper than the espresso

arrow_drop_up 1 arrow_drop_down

augusta gets loud midday so consider the praça benedito calixto side streets, quieter cafes & you're near the metro
