I'm not in Sao Paulo, but I've been reading up for a possible trip. Novo Sabor is a bit of a moving target name-wise, so pin down which spot you mean before planning an evening. Weekday walk-ins are usually fine, weekends book ahead.

Yeah, check the address on the Instagram first

Check the recent posts, the old address is still pinned.

Their stories archive has the old Rua dos Pinheiros spot

The saved highlight, not the bio link

Second this, and the name changes between locations too.

arrow_drop_up 2 arrow_drop_down

ask which neighborhood, Moema or Pinheiros

Worth knowing there's also a third one tucked off Rua dos Três Irmãos in Vila Leopoldina, so pin the address before you commit.

Good call, that split is the whole confusion.

Weekday lunch is the safer bet.

heard the moqueca is the sleeper hit there, not the feijoada everyone mentions. book ahead if ur going on a weekend, it fills up fast. i'd skip the hype around the touristy hours & aim for a slower weekday lunch

arrow_drop_up 2 arrow_drop_down

Go at lunch, dinner is a zoo.

arrow_drop_up 2 arrow_drop_down

Lunch around 12:30, before the rush.

arrow_drop_up 2 arrow_drop_down

yeah, 12:30 or you're queuing on the sidewalk

arrow_drop_up 2 arrow_drop_down

the feijoada, go early
