The Estanplaza Paulista sits around Rua Haddock Lobo near Alameda Santos, so you're a short walk from Avenida Paulista itself, maybe 5 to 10 minutes depending on the exit. Food around there is easy, lots of padarias and restaurants on Haddock Lobo and Oscar Freire. Walkable for sure, though I'd still grab an Uber at night.
