Novo Sabor's more of a friends-and-family spot honestly IMO, apps dominate here but the boteco happy hour around Vila Madalena is still where a lot of people actually meet.

WhatsApp groups and mutual friends do more work than people admit, especially in Pinheiros where house parties still beat bars for actually meeting someone.
