The site errors are often just the captcha timing out, so try a different browser or the mobile app before assuming the unit is full.

captcha thing is real, incognito usually fixes it

arrow_drop_up 1 arrow_drop_down

yeah incognito fixed it for me too

arrow_drop_up 3 arrow_drop_down

incognito got me past it too, though the agendamento slots at República still vanish days ahead so book the second they drop.

Receita at República, go before 7am.

Bank account needs the CPF first, but phone chips you can usually grab with just a passport.

Vivo wants CPF for postpaid, prepaid works with passport

Phone chips need a CPF too for the activation, passport alone only gets u as far as buying the sim.

Where exactly is celularpluspro1? I only ask because there are a couple of phone repair spots with similar names around Republica and Santa Cecilia, and the coffee answer changes a lot depending on which one. If it's the Santa Cecilia one, the little padarias on Rua Aurora do a solid pingado and espresso for cheap. That area at 4pm is busy enough, just keep your bag zipped and your phone out of sight near the praça.
