The repeat-spot thing is real, but I'd add that a padaria regular near your own apartment matters more than a famous bar like Parnapiacaba.

Go at lunch for the prato feito, it's cheaper and the moqueca tastes better when the kitchen isn't slammed.
I'd go for the feijoada if it's on the weekend menu, but confirm the current address on Rua Augusta before you trek out there.

Worth checking their Instagram before you go, they moved once already and the Augusta pin was stale for a while. Weekend feijoada usually starts around noon and the queue builds fast after 1pm.
