Vila Madalena skews late, Europe overlap means afternoon starts.

yeah afternoon calls line up with europe mornings

coffee lab, opens 9, plugs by the wall

Wifi there holds up fine for calls but it gets packed by 11, so go early if you want that wall plug.

the 11am rush is real, but tbh most of that crowd clears out by 2 or so when the lunch people leave. for your afternoon call block you'll actually have an easier time getting a seat than at 10. quieter spots are further up rua harmonia if the main drag is full

what time do they open on weekends though

Is ifoof in Sao Paulo worth it for lunch in 2026?

I'm in Sao Paulo for a few days and ifoof keeps popping up on my feed. Is it worth the trip for lunch or should I hit it at dinner instead? Also how early do I need to go to avoid a wait? went last year when visiting, lunch is fine but the room is dead quiet at noon. dinner has more energy. i'd honestly skip the queue stress and go right at 12h when they open, wait was maybe 10 min. by 13h it was packed. the fish is the move over the meat imo.

Book ahead if you can, walk-ins get squeezed. The tasting menu is the real draw, lunch portions felt smaller.

yeah booking makes sense, we walked in around 12h and got lucky but by 13h it was full. fwiw the lunch menu isnt teh full tasting anyway, so if thats what u want just do dinner.
