yeah 3 weeks sounds about right for a weekend slot. midweek dinners you can prob get away with 10 days or so, at least thats been my experience when visiting. just dont bank on walking in.

10 days feels tight for midweek tbh, id aim closer to 2 weeks just in case. and yeah walking in is a no go, they turn people away at the door
