๐Ÿฃ Sushi and Asian Cuisine
Sushi lovers should visit Sushi Brokers at 1945 S Alma School Rd, offering all-you-can-eat sushi for $25 per person during lunch. For Thai, try Thai Basil at 1050 W Southern Ave, with curries and noodles from $10 to $15. Both places get busy after 6 PM, so arrive early or call ahead.

๐Ÿ• Pizza and Comfort Food
Pizza aficionados will enjoy Spinato's Pizzeria at 1900 W Southern Ave, where a large specialty pie costs around $20. For comfort food, visit The Horny Toad at 6738 E Cave Creek Rd, serving meatloaf and mashed potatoes for $15-$22. These casual spots are great for families and groups.

Satisfy your sweet tooth at Churn at 5220 N 7th Ave, known for its homemade ice cream flights starting at $8. For pastries, La Grande Orange at 4410 N 40th St offers croissants and cakes from $4 to $9. Many dessert shops stay open until 10 PM on weekends.

heads up that a few of these addresses are actually Phoenix or Scottsdale spots, not Americana. The Horny Toad is up in Cave Creek, Churn and La Grande Orange are Phoenix, and The Gladly is Camelback. If you're staying in Americana you're looking at a solid 30-40 min drive for half this list, so plan accordingly or you'll burn your whole evening in traffic.

For stuff actually in town, Filiberto's on Main is the real 2am move, carne asada fries for like $9 and they don't care if u roll in at 3. The farmers market on Saturday is worth it but get there before 9 or the good tamale vendor sells out.

good list but i'd swap Spinato's for a local spot, the one on Southern is fine but Pizza A Metro on Main does a way better crust and its cheaper. also nobody ever mentions the taco truck that parks by the car wash on Alma School around 8pm, al pastor is legit and its like 2 bucks a taco

thanks for putting this together, the saturday market tip is spot on. one thing i'd add is Sushi Brokers does half price rolls during happy hour too, not just the AYCE lunch, and its way less crowded around 4 than the 6pm rush. also if you're doing the market, the aguas frescas stand near the entrance does a cucumber lime one thats unreal for like 4 bucks

the daily grind is solid but if ur there before 9 on a weekday theres a cart on the square doing $2 drip that locals hit instead, museum doesnt open til 9 anyway so u got time. also nobody ever mentions the basement is 21+ and they actually card hard, saw two people turned away last month. if ur group has anyone under 21 the wine bar down elm lets u in at 18 which is a weird quirk but useful to know

solid writeup, covers the main stuff well. only thing id add is the ferry back on day 3, the 6:30 one is technically the last but on weekends it fills up fast and they sometimes cut it if the weather turns, so dont bank on it as your only option. if you miss it theres a rideshare back over the bridge for like $14 which isnt the end of the world.

also the Americana Science Center is free on the first Tuesday of the month if your trip lines up, saved me $15 last spring. worth checking their site before u go.

One thing the itinerary misses: the Uptown Farmers Market is Saturday only, so if your Day 2 falls on a weekday you'll find the square mostly empty. Swap in the Wednesday morning market at Riverside instead, it's smaller but runs midweek and the bread stall there is better than anything Uptown. Also, La Piazza gets slammed after 7, I'd book the 6pm seating and walk over to Centennial for sunset before dinner rather than after.
