No idea about the courtyard garden, but I can tell you the Indonesian Consulate in @Sydney is… a bit of a maze inside. Be prepared for some serious bureaucratic wandering. Good luck with the visa though! Hope your trip is awesome.

Get there super early, like, way before they open. Seriously, think 5:30pm for a 6pm opening. Or, try your luck showing up right as they close for the night—sometimes cancellations happen, and they might squeeze you in if there are empty tables. Otherwise, yeah, booking weeks ahead is probably your safest bet for a Friday. That seafood platter sounds amazing though, good luck!

Yeah, that's what I figured. 5:30pm is brutal though! I might try the late-night gamble...worth a shot I guess. Thanks for the tips! Worst case scenario, I'll just have to plan better for next time. That seafood platter is calling my name...
