Chiang Rai

3 Days in Chiang Rai: Itinerary 2026

The Mae Salong overnight tip is right, but if you're not up for the drive there's a closer option most itineraries skip: Doi Chang. It's about 90 minutes northwest near Mae Suai, coffee country rather...

Good writeup, covers most of what a first-timer needs. One thing I'd add on the food side: the Banzaan seafood setup is great but the upstairs cooking fee is per dish, not per person, and it varies by...

3 Days in Larkana: Itinerary 2026

One thing the itinerary misses is how brutal the afternoon heat gets from late April through September. I'd flip the whole schedule, do Mohenjo-Daro at opening and then stay indoors until about 4 PM....

Jhansi

Getting around Jhansi, five months out

I'm heading to Jhansi in about five months and trying to figure out the best way to get around town. Do I need to book a car in advance or is it easy to grab auto rickshaws on the spot?
