Return to town for lunch at Restaurant Le Riad (12:30 PM, 70 to 100 MAD). In the afternoon, visit the modern marina and the new corniche area, then enjoy a sunset drink at Cafe Marina (open until 8:00 PM). End your trip with dinner at La Table du Marais (7:30 PM, 150 to 200 MAD). **🚌 Getting Around** Kenitra is compact, and most central sites are within walking distance, but for longer trips, use the petit taxis, which cost about 10 to 20 MAD per ride. The bus network is limited, so taxis are more practical. For day trips like Maamora Forest, hire a grand taxi for around 100 MAD round trip. Allow 15 to 30 minutes for most trips within the city. **🍽️ Where to Eat** For breakfast, try the msemen and mint tea at Cafe Central (open from 7:00 AM, 15 MAD). Lunch options include Restaurant La Corniche for fresh fish (50 to 80 MAD) and Al Baraka for tagines (60 to 90 MAD). Dinner at Le Petit Prince offers a mix of Moroccan and French dishes (100 to 150 MAD). Most restaurants open around noon and close by 10:00 PM. **🛏️ Where to Stay** The city center near the old medina has budget hotels like Hotel Mamora (from 250 MAD per night) and mid-range options like Hotel Kenitra (from 400 MAD). For a more comfortable stay, the Riad Dar Sebou offers rooms from 600 MAD with breakfast. Book in advance during summer months, as Kenitra sees an influx of visitors from nearby cities. **💡 Practical Tips** The best time to visit is spring (March to May) or autumn (September to November) when temperatures are mild. Carry cash, as many small shops and cafes do not accept cards. Learn a few Arabic or French phrases, as English is not widely spoken. Always agree on taxi fares before starting your ride. **📅 Sample Hour-by-Hour** Day 1: 9:00 AM medina, 11:00 AM Corniche, 12:30 PM lunch, 2:00 PM Grand Mosque, 4:00 PM market, 7:00 PM dinner.
