**🍜 Signature Noodle Houses** Start your food tour at Lao Wang Noodle House on 168 Renmin Street, a local institution for over 20 years. Their hand-pulled beef noodles cost 12 to 18 yuan per bowl and are served from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily. The rich broth and chewy noodles make it a must-try for first-time visitors. **🥟 Dumpling Delights** For the best dumplings in town, head to Xiang Man Lou Dumpling Restaurant at 45 Jiefang Road. They offer pork and chive dumplings for 8 yuan per dozen, with a crispy pan-fried version available until 2:00 PM. The restaurant is always busy, so arrive before noon to avoid a long wait. **🍢 Street Food Stalls** In the evening, the night market on Xinhua Street comes alive with dozens of street food stalls. Try the grilled lamb skewers at stall 12, which cost 3 yuan each and are seasoned with cumin and chili. Also sample the stinky tofu from stall 5, a pungent but beloved local snack that sells for 5 yuan per portion. **🍲 Hotpot Favorites** When the weather turns cold, locals flock to Xiao Long Kan Hotpot at 88 Yingbin Road. The all-you-can-eat buffet costs 68 yuan per person and includes a wide variety of meats, vegetables, and broths. Open from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM, it's a great spot for a hearty group meal. **🍖 BBQ and Grilled Meats** For a carnivorous feast, visit Han Jiang Ting Korean BBQ at 23 Minzhu Street. This family-run spot serves marinated beef short ribs for 58 yuan per plate, and you can grill them at your table. The restaurant is open from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and the kimchi side dishes are free to refill. **🍰 Sweet Treats and Bakeries** Satisfy your sweet tooth at Sweet Tooth Bakery, located at 12 Changchun Road. Their red bean pastries cost 6 yuan each and are baked fresh every morning. For a local specialty, try the walnut cake, a dense and nutty dessert that pairs perfectly with tea. **🍺 Local Brews and Bars** After dinner, unwind at Dehui Beer House on 56 Jianshe Street, which offers a rotating selection of local craft beers. A pint of their house lager costs 15 yuan, and happy hour runs from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM with half-price appetizers. The bar also serves traditional Chinese snacks like spiced peanuts and dried squid. **💰 Budget Tips** Most meals in Dehui cost between 10 and 30 yuan per person if you stick to street food and casual eateries. For a nicer sit-down dinner, budget around 50 to 80 yuan per person. Carry cash, as many small stalls do not accept mobile payments, and always check the price before ordering at night markets.
