60k is standard for a sit-down cơm tấm in District 1, though street stalls still do 35-45k if u don't mind plastic stools.

yeah 60k is fine for aircon but i'd still check the stall price first, some places tack on a tourist upcharge

That's about right for a place with aircon and table service, though the same plate runs 40k out in Phu Nhuan.

yeah the 9am cutoff matches what i saw. one thing though, The Salty Coffee has a second spot on Nguyen Trai now, way shorter queue and same drink. worth trying if district 1 is packed.

I went there on a trip last year and the salted coffee was solid but honestly Ca Phe Muoi on Ly Tu Trong hit the same note with no crowd. Go before 8am if you do hit The Salty Coffee, teh line gets rough after 9.
