honestly this is a great guide, really covers the bases. one thing i'd add is that banh mi huynh hoa is good but the line gets insane, like 30 mins sometimes. if you're in a hurry try banh mi hong hoa at 62 nguyen van troi in phu nhuan, it's a different style with pate and cold cuts but just as good and no wait.
