Can you return missing frenchie Mushie anonymously tomorrow in Burbank, CA?

Mushie, our spayed, special needs black French bulldog is still missing. She was lost in North Hollywood on Victory Blvd. and Beck Ave. If you have her, you can drop her off anonymously to Danaea, a local neighbor, tomorrow, 12/12, from 6:30-7:30 pm at the Starbucks at 1110 Alameda Ave. in Burbank. She is blonde and will be wearing a grey CSUN hoodie. She will be there drinking coffee. My partner and I will not be present or in the area. We're offering a $5,000 reward for her return or info that leads to her return.

If you return Mushie or share information on her whereabouts with Danaea tomorrow, you will stay anonymous and will receive the $5,000 reward. If you decide to reach out to me instead (760-960-9272) you will also not be punished and your identity will not be revealed. Please share and help us bring our girl home.

Mushie is a spayed, black brindle frenchie with a white chest, no tail, and she takes daily meds. She was lost by a sitter in North Hollywood, CA on Victory Blvd. and Beck Ave.

I know that Starbucks well, it's right off the 5 freeway near the Burbank Town Center. If you're dropping her off, the parking lot can get tight around 6:30pm with after-work traffic, so maybe give yourself an extra few minutes. Danaea picked a good spot for this since it's public but not too chaotic inside.

That Starbucks on Alameda is a solid choice for this kind of handoff, it's busy enough that no one will look twice but not a zoo like the one on Magnolia. Just a heads up that the parking lot entrance is easy to miss if you're coming south on Alameda, it's tucked right before the Chase bank. Hope Mushie makes it home tonight.

These vendors typically operate from portable carts or vehicles at public gatherings. Does anyone have information on how to contact such vendors or recommendations for reliable services?

honestly the SGV has a ton of licensed cart operators who mostly do private stuff now. look up "hot dog cart catering San Gabriel Valley" on Yelp and you'll get a handful that are fully permitted, which matters if your venue needs a health permit on file. expect around $400 to $700 for a few hours plus a per person minimum, usually 50 or so. the ones based in Alhambra and Rosemead tend to be cheaper than Pasadena because they're not paying that rent.

fwiw the county health dept keeps a public list of permitted mobile food operators, its searchable by city on the LA County Public Health site. filter for "pushcart" or "MFF" and you'll get vendors cleared for SGV zip codes, which saves you the headache of a venue asking for paperwork later. also worth checking with the Old Town Monrovia or Alhambra farmers market folks, the carts there are usually booked solid but they know who's free and they'll pass along names. just dont wait till the last week, good ones book out 2 to 3 weeks in teh summer.

You could try hitting up the folks who set up outside Home Depot or the DMV in El Monte on weekends, a lot of those carts are owner operated and they'll do private gigs if you ask. Just walk up and grab a card, they usually have one taped to the cart.
