Charity shops in London are picky, I've found. If it's truly beyond repair, rag-rug it, or bin it I guess. Council recycling might take textiles.
Lost sage green/aqua purse
Found on the northbound Overground from Shadwell to Whitechapel around 12:55 today. It's at the Whitechapel station staff.
Glad to hear it's safe with station staff! Hopefully whoever lost it sees this and gets it back. Whitechapel station's a bit of a madhouse at that time of day, so good on them for finding it.
