That's a tricky one. Probably depends heavily on the specific partition arrangement and the landlord's cooperation. Some might use a utility bill in their name if they have one, or maybe a letter from the building management. Getting official documentation in Dubai can be...involved, to put it mildly.

Last night, while walking with my young daughters in Mag5 South City, a group of kids aggressively demanded money. I was concerned for my children's safety and refused their request, even though it was a small amount. Their subsequent taunting was unacceptable. I'm wondering if this is a cultural practice, or something else. I plan on moving soon anyway.
