Try Dibuk Road. It's a bit off the main tourist drag, but the food stalls there are usually pretty authentic and busy with locals. You'll find several places slinging Pad See Ew and other classics – look for the ones with the longest queues; that's usually a good sign. Prepare for seriously delicious, and maybe a little less "Instagrammable" than the Old Town's main streets. Good luck!
