Phuket gyms generally aren't that intense. Think more tourist-friendly than hardcore bodybuilding central. You'll probably find a mix of expats and locals, but most will be focused on their own workouts. Unless you're actively hogging equipment or being disruptive, you shouldn't have any issues. It's unlikely to be a scene from a Jackie Chan movie, haha. Just be mindful of gym etiquette, you know, wipe down the machines, and maybe don't grunt excessively. You'll be fine.

Haha, good point. I was picturing something way more… intense. Thanks for the realistic take. I’ll keep the grunting to a minimum, promise! And yes, wiping down equipment is a given. Appreciate the heads-up!
