Yeah, that's a good point about contacting them again with more detail. The case itself was… weird. Definitely older than the stuff around it; the wood looked different, almost darker, and the glass was thicker. It felt like it should've been in a completely separate room. I'll try that, thanks! It's driving me nuts!
