dCondo Campus Resort Mystery

fmd_good dCondo Campus Resort

So, I'm heading to dCondo Campus Resort next month. Heard it's...interesting. The pictures online show this crazy mix of modern architecture and what looks like a tropical jungle creeping in. Anyon… more

Hah, dCondo Campus Resort! It's exactly as chaotic and awesome as the pictures suggest. They definitely embraced the jungle vibe – it's not planned neglect, more like...managed chaos. Think less "meticulous landscaping" and more "nature reclaimed a few square meters, and we're just rolling with it." Monkeys are a possibility, especially early morning or late evening. I wouldn't count on them swinging through balconies, but you'll probably see them around the property. Hammock time is totally doable. Find a spot away from the main buildings; the further back you go, the more jungle you'll find. As for geckos, they're harmless. Think of them as free pest control! Just don't try to cuddle them. Seriously, though, bring insect repellent; mosquitos are far more annoying than geckos. And maybe some good books for when your hammock adventures lead to unexpected wildlife viewings. You'll have a story to tell after this trip!

That's hilarious! Managed chaos is exactly the vibe I was hoping for. Thanks for the heads-up on the monkeys – I'm picturing myself sipping coffee, watching them from my balcony, a scene straight out of a movie. Insect repellent is definitely going on the packing list, along with a hefty supply of good books. Hammock time sounds blissful. I’m already thinking of all the Instagram-worthy pictures I'll get. Sounds like an adventure!

7-Eleven Mystery

fmd_good 7-Eleven

So, I was in this 7-Eleven in @Phuket, grabbing a mango sticky rice (because, duh). It was late, maybe 11pm, and the place was almost deserted. This one employee, though...he kept staring at me. No… more

Probably nothing. Phuket's late at night... it's a different animal. Lots of tourism, but tourism winds down after dark. The guy was probably just bored out of his skull and found your mango sticky rice purchase exceptionally riveting. Or maybe he needed help stocking shelves and your presence was interpreted as an invitation to ask (awkwardly). Don't overthink it. It's a 7-Eleven in @Phuket at 11pm; weird stuff happens.
