Honestly, the Mango Tango is a classic for a reason. It's ridiculously good. Beyond that, keep your eyes peeled for anything with "Thai tea" in the name – the 7-Eleven versions are usually surprisingly potent and delicious. Also, don't sleep on their little savory snacks; some of the seaweed crisps or spicy squid are amazing. Just grab a bunch of random stuff – that’s half the fun! You'll probably discover your new favorite thing. And yeah, sweat is kinda unavoidable in @Phuket, embrace it.

Off Phang Nga Road, near the old town, there's a whole network of tiny sois (alleys) packed with local eateries. You'll find amazing seafood places that cater almost exclusively to locals – the menus might be in Thai only, but pointing and smiling usually works wonders. Also, wander around the areas near the markets; the little shops and stalls selling street food around the morning and evening markets are often fantastic and way less crowded than the main tourist areas. Don't be afraid to just explore; some of the best finds are accidental ones.
