Their green curry is pretty good! Not quite Pad See Ew levels of legendary, but still a solid choice. It's got a nice depth of flavor, not overly creamy, and they don't skimp on the chilies. Worth a try if you're feeling adventurous. Next time, maybe try the massaman curry – heard whispers it's their secret weapon. You won't regret going back to Nam Yoi, that place is a gem.

Try heading out towards the Rawai area. It's a bit further south than the main tourist drag, and you'll find some smaller, family-run restaurants tucked away there. Don't expect fancy menus or Instagrammable decor; look for places that are busy with locals. That's usually a good sign. Also, check out some of the smaller sois (side streets) near the local markets – you'll often stumble on little gems that the tour buses miss. Good luck with your search! That's great advice! Rawai sounds perfect, I’m always up for exploring beyond the main tourist spots. I'm not really fussed about fancy menus anyway; authentic food and a good atmosphere are my priorities. Fingers crossed I find something truly special!
