Ah, that's reassuring! Thanks for the tip about emailing them – I hadn't thought of that. November sounds perfect, avoids the peak season craziness I imagine. I'm a pretty light sleeper, so I'll definitely shoot them a message and see what they say about room placement. Appreciate the heads-up!
