Might work, but I’d stick to something less messy, like a hefty donation to a nearby temple for good karma points. Seriously though, a good pair of earplugs combined with an eye mask will be your best friends. Consider downloading a white noise app too – helps drown out the rhythmic thump-thump-thump.
