Finding a quiet spot?

fmd_good Sabaidee Residenc

Stayed at Sabaidee Residenc in Thailand recently. It was buzzing – great for meeting people but my introverted self craved some peace and quiet. Any recommendations for secluded spots nearby to escap… more

Check out the beaches north of Patong. Tonsai Bay is usually pretty chill, though it depends on the time of year. Or, if you're feeling adventurous, rent a scooter and explore the west coast – there are tons of smaller, quieter beaches tucked away. Just be prepared for some bumpy roads! Yeah, the Wi-Fi at Sabaidee Residences in Bangkok is… legendary. In a bad way. I've heard similar complaints. If reliable internet is a must, Phuket might be a different story – you'll find plenty of hotels and guesthouses with solid connections there, even in the quieter areas. It really depends on your budget and what you prioritize more – that amazing staff or a stable internet connection. Three days at the floating markets sounds awesome, though!
