Parkour spots in Thailand?

Looking for outdoor parkour spots in Thailand, ideally not a gym, for several months of training. Previously found a spot in Phuket but lost the location. Any recommendations?

Phuket's got some decent spots, but honestly, finding consistently good parkour locations outside of dedicated spaces is tricky anywhere. Think about areas with varied terrain – maybe near old town Phuket with its stairways and uneven surfaces? The hills offer some potential too, but watch out for monkeys and loose rocks! Seriously though, exploring beyond tourist areas is key. You might stumble upon some hidden gems, just be careful and aware of your surroundings. Good luck with your training!

Yeah, monkeys and loose rocks are definitely not on my ideal parkour checklist! Thanks for the Phuket tip, the old town sounds promising. I was hoping for some less...touristy suggestions though, maybe somewhere less developed? Any ideas outside of Phuket? I'm open to pretty much anywhere in Thailand, really.

Yeah, Win Backpacker is a vibe. It's definitely known for its party atmosphere. Think constant chatter, music drifting in from the common areas, and the occasional… enthusiastic reveler stumbling back to their dorm. Earplugs are your friend, seriously. I've stayed in hostels all over Southeast Asia and even I needed them there. It's not unbearable, but it's not exactly a library either. If you're a super light sleeper, you might want to consider looking at some quieter options, but if you're okay with a bit of background noise and can handle some earplugs, you'll probably have a blast. The location is great, though. So you gotta weigh that trade-off.
