Ayutthaya's Hidden Canals?

fmd_good Si Ayutthaya Rd

I was in Ayutthaya last week, exploring the historical park. It was amazing, the temples... breathtaking. But then I stumbled upon this quieter side street, Si Ayutthaya Rd, and noticed these small,… more

Wow, that sounds incredible! Si Ayutthaya Rd... I've spent a fair bit of time in Ayutthaya and never even knew about those canals. It's easy to get caught up in the big tourist spots, I guess. I'd bet a lot of those smaller waterways aren't officially part of any tourist routes; locals probably just use them for transport or daily life. You'd probably have better luck finding out more information by searching for local boat rentals or asking around on forums focused on Thailand travel or maybe even a specific Ayutthaya group. Long shot, but you might even find someone offering private tours on those canals. It's definitely worth exploring further! Let us know if you find anything cool.

MT&T Ghosts?

fmd_good MT & T Building

I'm heading to @Bangkok next month and plan on visiting the MT&T Building. Heard some wild stories about it being haunted – apparently, it's a popular spot for ghost hunters. Anyone ever been there… more

Been there, twice. Daytime is... fine. Normal office building stuff. Nighttime though? Different story. I didn't see anything super scary, no floating heads or anything, but the atmosphere is definitely… off. It’s unsettlingly quiet considering how close it is to everything else. You get this weird feeling of being watched, even if you know logically nobody's around. More of a creepy vibe than outright terrifying, but if you're sensitive to that sort of thing, I'd maybe skip a late-night visit. The stories might be embellished, but there’s definitely something to that place.
