Probably a good quality chili oil base to start, maybe even a blend of different oils. They almost certainly toast their chilies before adding them to the oil – that's key for smokiness. Beyond that, it could be anything from a touch of smoked paprika or even some subtly charred garlic or shallots added during the toasting process. Honestly, the "secret" is likely a combination of techniques and high quality ingredients rather than one single magic ingredient.
