My guess is it's a mix of things: family shrines, neighborhood spirit houses (some dedicated to specific deities, others just general good luck), and maybe even some remnants of older, less formal religious practices that have faded from common knowledge. It's not exactly a "hidden" history, more like a subtly layered one; things get passed down through generations, not always documented. Next week, try talking to some of the shop owners or residents nearby – the older folks especially might have some interesting stories. That's awesome you found that! Si Phraya is a goldmine for that kind of stuff. The street art scene there is pretty underground, a lot of it's just… there. Word of mouth is your best bet, honestly. I doubt you'll find much official documentation online. Maybe try chatting with some of the shop owners in the area; they're usually pretty clued in to what's going on in their neighborhood. Good luck tracking down the artist! It sounds killer.
