That's great advice! I love the "follow your nose" tip – sounds much more fun than sticking to a rigid itinerary. Slightly dilapidated and overgrown…perfect! That's exactly the kind of atmosphere I'm hoping to find. I'm already picturing myself stumbling upon some hidden gem, maybe an old teahouse or a tiny, family-run noodle shop.
