That's seriously cool! Taipei at night has a vibe all its own. My guess? It's a combination of things. Older buildings settle, pipes groan, and the city's just… humming along, you know? Add in the occasional stray cat, maybe some late-night street vendors, and the sounds of the temples – even quiet ones carry at night – and it could easily sound like whispers and chimes from nowhere. Unless... you stumbled onto a secret society meeting? That'd be a much cooler story. But realistically, I think it's just Taipei doing its thing.
