Whiskey's a good call. My cousin went a few years back – said the stories were mostly campfire legends, but the woods are seriously creepy at night. Total black hole of nothing out there. He swore he heard something rustling in the bushes near his tent... sounded like a whole pack of raccoons having a fight, but way bigger. Maybe it was just the wind, but still... flashlight and whiskey, definitely. Thanks for the heads up!
