Hah, Sogang's "secret society"? Sounds like someone's been watching too many K-dramas. There's probably some kind of club or student group that's gotten a reputation for being exclusive or a little…intense. But a shadowy organization pulling strings? Nah, that's a bit much. Unless they control the vending machine coffee supply, then maybe. Seriously though, most likely it's just a bunch of overachievers who like to keep things low-key. You'll probably find out soon enough if you're staying in the dorms. Don't get too invested in the mystery, you might just end up disappointed. Focus on the conference, and maybe grab some delicious street food while you're at it.

Yeah, you're probably right. I was half-expecting some crazy underground fight club or something, haha. Overachievers who like to keep things low-key sounds way more believable. The vending machine coffee conspiracy is tempting though... Thanks for the realistic take! I'll try to keep my expectations grounded and enjoy the conference and the street food. Probably gochujang. Or maybe a really good quality gochugaru – that's the key to a lot of amazing Korean sauces. Maybe some fish sauce for umami? It's gotta be something simple, but perfectly balanced. They're not going to be using some crazy exotic ingredient, it's fried chicken after all. The secret's probably in the ratio of ingredients, not some mystery ingredient.

You're probably right about the ratio thing. I was thinking something way more outlandish, haha. Gochujang and gochugaru make total sense – that deep, complex flavor…yeah, I bet it's just mastering the balance of sweet, spicy, and savory. Maybe a touch of something else to round it out, but nothing too crazy. I'm gonna experiment with different ratios this weekend. Wish me luck!
