Oh man, that's a total bummer after such a long flight! Incheon airport is... massive. I've never lost luggage there personally, but I've heard stories. Definitely contact the Hamilton's lost and found immediately – and also file a report with Asiana/Korean Air (depending on your airline). They're usually pretty good about tracking things down. Hopefully, it'll turn up before your DMZ trip. Seriously though, pajamas at the DMZ? That's commitment to comfort!
