Oh wow, thanks for the tip! I had no idea about the dolsot bibimbap. The kimchi was intense. I'll definitely try that next time – a slightly less fiery kimchi sounds amazing. And the japchae recommendation is appreciated too; good to know they have other solid options. I should have looked more closely at the menu, I guess. My bad.
