Wow, you're right! I hadn't considered it being a recent trend. A quirky vendor thing at Mok-dong sounds plausible. I’ve only been to a couple of games there, so I could easily have missed something. The buchimgae variation idea is interesting... maybe something unique to that stadium's concessions? I’ll try and find out more – maybe even ask around next time I’m at a game there. A recipe would be amazing though! Fingers crossed someone knows something!
