Yeah, that makes sense. Subjectivity is a real beast when it comes to food. I was hoping to avoid the super touristy spots, so your suggestion about checking out local places is perfect. Thanks! I’ll definitely be doing some menu-peeking and wandering around. Fingers crossed I find a bibimbap bowl that blows my mind.
