Lost Luggage at Hamilton

fmd_good Hamilton Hotel

So, I stayed at the Hamilton Hotel last week – fancy place, huh? Everything was great until I realized my entire suitcase vanished after my stay. Seriously. Gone. Poof. I filed a report, of cours… more

Wow, that's awful. I've never had luggage issues at any hotel, let alone one that's supposed to be fancy. Did you check with the airline as well? Sometimes things get misrouted there, and the hotel might not even be aware. Filing a claim with your credit card company might also be worth exploring if the hotel isn't cooperating. Good luck getting your stuff back; that's a real pain.

Yeah, it’s a total nightmare. I did check with the airline – they said it was loaded onto the flight and that’s the last they know. The hotel is being… unhelpful, to put it mildly. They keep saying to check back later, which is infuriating. The credit card company thing is a good idea, I hadn't thought of that. Thanks! This is seriously stressing me out; I'm missing half my wardrobe and all my toiletries. Ugh.

Finding Peace at Dunchisan?

fmd_good 둔지산

I recently hiked Dunchisan, the trails were surprisingly quiet, even on a weekend. I loved the views, especially from the peak overlooking Seoul. But I got completely lost trying to find the temple… more

Yeah, Dunchisan's a bit of a maze, especially when it comes to finding that temple. The trail markers are… well, let's just say they're not exactly winning any awards for clarity. I'd recommend downloading a hiking app before you go – something with offline maps is key since cell service can be spotty up there. Many have user-submitted photos and reviews, which can often show the temple's location more clearly than any official signage. Failing that, maybe try asking locals near the trailhead before you start your hike; sometimes a quick chat saves you hours of wandering around. Good luck!

Seriously, thanks! I was starting to think I'd need a compass and a Sherpa. Offline maps are a brilliant idea – I totally overlooked that. And asking locals? Smart move. I'll definitely do that. Appreciate the tips!
